Love at First Flight

What if the guy in the airplane seat next to you turned out to be the love of your life? Juliana, happy in her career as a hair stylist, is on her way to visit her boyfriend of ten years, who's working out of state. She's wondering why they're not engaged yet. When he tells her he's wondering what it might be like to make love to other women, she's devastated. Even though he tries to take it back, she doesn't want him to be wondering all his life. So they agree to take a break, and heartbroken, she goes back to Baltimore. Michael is going to his fiancee's parents' home for an engagement party he doesn't want. A state's prosecutor, he's about to try the biggest case of his career, he hates the distraction, and he's having doubts about the relationship. His fiancee seems too dependent on her wealthy parents, and they seem to want to control his life. When Paige pulls a manipulative stunt at the party, he becomes so enraged that he breaks off the engagement. Juliana and Michael sat together on the plane ride from Baltimore to Florida, and discover they're on the same flight coming back. With the weekend a disaster for each of them, they bond in a "two-person pity party" on the plane ride home. Their friendship begins to blossom and love, too, but life is full of complications, including their exes, who don't want to let go, and when Michael's trial turns dangerous, the two must confront what they value most in life...
